Asia Link Services (P.) Ltd. announces vacancies through its company website as well as publishes through the advertisement in renowned newspapers for applications. The Principal of host country publishes the vacancy announcement as per the demand. We accept the applications on the basis of the following criteria:

Review of Bio-Data
Supporting Documents
Physical Fitness, Medical report from Authorized Hospital or Lab
Oral Test and Interview
Practical Test of Relevant Skills (TRADE TESTS)

The Overseas employers must send the following documents to the licensed recruiting agent in Nepal who will apply to the Directors General, Department of Labor for permission to recruit workers through advertisements in the newspapers.
A DEMAND LETTER LISTING CATEGORIES AND NUMBERS REQUIRED.
POWER OF ATTORNEY AUTHORIZING THE AGENT TO ACT ON THEIR BEHALF.
SPECIMEN COPY OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT, SHOWING WAGES AND OTHER BENEFITS INCLUDING FOOD, ACCOMODATION, TRANSPORTATION, MEDICAL FACILITIES etc.
COPY VISA ADVICE / ENTRY PERMIT etc

In order to process the demand of workers we need some details to work out the feasibility of the demand. The following are the pieces of information needed from the employer before going ahead with it.

Realizing this, we train our people in the languages before placing them, but that depends on the need of the employer. We are associated with Leading Institute, a leading Language training center in Kathmandu, which takes care of the language requirements of our manpower.

3. Besides providing language training, we also brief our workforce on the socio-cultural requirements of a specific country. We believe that our human resources need a good understanding of the people, the culture, the tradition, etc. of the place before leaving for the sites.
